Final License Application

The Final License Application was submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on February 24, 2023, and follows the requirements of the Federal Power Act. Once the Final License Application is accepted for filing, FERC will initiate a formal review, an environmental assessment, and a public comment process.

The Final License Application describes the Project, how it operates, the alternatives considered as the proposed project was conceived and refined, analyzes the effects of project construction and operation on the environment, and proposes preliminary measures to address potential impacts of the construction and operation of the project.
